This study explores the ethical applications of artificial intelligence (AI) in education, focusing on how AI tools can be utilized to enhance educational outcomes while addressing potential risks such as bias, privacy invasion, and the misuse of personal data. The objectives include evaluating the ethical implications of AI in educational settings, examining both positive and negative applications, and developing actionable recommendations for ethical AI implementation in schools and universities. Methodologically, the research combines primary data collected through semi-structured interviews with educators, AI developers, and education administrators, alongside secondary data from academic journals, books, and reports on AI ethics in education. To ensure the accuracy and reliability of the findings, triangulation is employed to cross-verify interview insights with existing literature. Qualitative data analysis techniques, including thematic and content analysis, reveal consistent themes related to ethical principles such as fairness, transparency, and accountability. The results indicate that while AI holds significant potential for transforming education, its ethical integration is crucial to mitigate risks and promote equity. Recommendations for the ethical use of AI in educational institutions are provided, aiming to foster a supportive and trustworthy learning environment for all students
