Employee turnover intention is a major concern for leaders and managers throughout the organization but job insecurity is identified as a serious problem and stressor in the work environment with negative workrelated outcomes such as feelings of stress, absenteeism, and lower job satisfaction amongst others. Hence, the study investigated role of perceived job insecurity and pay satisfaction as predictors of employee turnover intention among bank workers in Asaba, Delta State Nigeria. Convenience sampling technique was used to select the Two hundred and twenty one (221) participants used in this study. The banks were selected through purposive random sampling method. A structured and validated questionnaire to systematically sample opinions of male and female participants across the selected banks was adopted. The study employed multiple regressions as the data analysis method. The results of the statistical analysis data collected revealed perceived job insecurity significantly predicts employee turnover intention (? ? .18, t ? 6.95, p<.001); it also indicated that pay satisfaction significantly predict employee turnover intention (? ? -.83, t ? -4.70, p<.001). The study recommended that bank managers should endeavor to provide conducive and secure working environment. The study concluded that banking industry should implement effective pay role strategy which considers employees contribution to success and achievement of organizational goals and objective
