The Africa under the guise of civilization, partnership, multilateralism, liberalism, democracy and globalization. People, culture and philosophy which played fundamental roles in shaping the African society in the pre-colonial past, during the colonial period and even post-colonial epoch seems not to have gotten much intellectual attention in Cabralian studies. Adopting analytical approach, this article intends to critically inquire and reflect on Cabral' seclectic and pragmatic approach to combining the endogenous communitarian knowledge, the resilient strength of the people and the enabling African culture for the liberation of Guinea-Bissau and Cape Verde from the Portuguese colonial yoke. Pertinently, Cabral's freedom struggle not only achieve power but also fundamentally transformed the Guinean and Cape Verdean national identity and reality. Cabral's philosophical temperament for agro-economic projects in line with local traditions remains indelible agrarian philosophical contribution stemming from humanist concerns of the need for innovation to respect tradition and the desire to make certain the various dimensions of human life and society which tends to have a bearing on the productive process. Cabralian revolutionary ideals impactfully alters the political, socio-cultural, economic and psychological experimental experiential existence of the African and African continent is recommended model for contemporary epoch
