Owing to the prevalence of magical practices and beliefs in spiritual beings and in the reality of some non-physical events amongst different cultures, the issue engendered is, whether there could be a standard that could be provided in determining the rationality of these beliefs and practices. Consequently, this article argues that the standard for judging the rationality of these beliefs and practices should be evaluated by adopting context-dependent and universal criteria since magical beliefs belong to the category that are not understood by all individuals and since holders of the beliefs and their practitioners share similar rationality with every other humans.
